Privacy Policy - Vibe

This is a privacy-focused extension. No data is collected. No remote code is run.

Permissions:

• activeTab - used to access the current webpage's content when you click the extension icon, allowing analysis of the page's HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• scripting - used to inject the content script into web pages for real-time analysis of design patterns and code structure
• notifications - used to alert you when a high-confidence AI-generated website is detected (only when enabled in settings)
• storage - used to save user settings such as sensitivity mode, badge display options, notification preferences, and theme
• host_permissions (all URLs) - required to analyze any website you visit, as the extension needs to scan page content and styles across all domains to detect AI-generated patterns

All analysis happens locally in your browser. Your browsing data never leaves your device.
